Personal Information Collection and Usage Agreement

Our Constitution guarantees privacy and freedom of communication, which are the basic rights of citizens, so secret detection of personal information and private life through wiretapping or wiretapping is, in principle, illegal. However, due to rampant illegal wiretapping and communication information leaks in our society, serious human rights violations are occurring and the freedom of individual citizens is being threatened.

In order to thoroughly protect the privacy of NK Times members and ensure freedom of communication in the information society by fundamentally eliminating the possibility of violating such basic rights, the personal information protection policy is set forth as follows. NK Times’ personal information protection policy may change according to changes in government laws and guidelines and changes in NK Times’ policies. Members are advised to check regularly when visiting the NK Times site.

1.Purpose of collection and use of personal information

The purpose of collecting personal information of NK Times members is to provide optimal customized services to members through the NK Times site. NK Times provides various contents for free and for a fee. At this time, it is possible to selectively provide more useful information to members based on the personal information provided by the member.
NK Times posts advertisements to provide various services. At this time, we will be able to selectively deliver advertisements with more useful information based on your personal information.

2. Personal information items collected and methods of collection

NK Times receives the most essential personal information to provide services when you first sign up as a member. The information received when registering as a member includes your e-mail address, e-mail address, nickname, password, mobile phone number, cell phone number, etc.
In addition to this, we request the provision of additional information in order to provide specific services.
You will be asked to enter your mobile phone number to verify your real name and other additional information required to provide the service. Additionally, we may ask you to provide personal information during surveys or events for collective statistical analysis or for the purpose of sending out prizes. 3. Retention and disposal of personal information

While you are a member of NK Times and receive services provided by NK Times, your personal information will be retained by NK Times and used to provide services. However, members of NK Times must use ‘7. If you request to delete your ID or cancel your membership following the procedures described in ‘Viewing, Correcting and Deleting Your Personal Information’, and if the purpose for which you were provided with the personal information notified to you in advance has been achieved, the collected personal information may not be reproduced. 6. Technical/institutional management for personal information protection

NK Times is taking measures to prevent damage caused by computer viruses by using anti-virus programs. Antivirus programs are updated periodically, and if a virus suddenly appears, a vaccine is provided as soon as it is available to prevent personal information from being damaged.
In order to prevent members’ personal information from being leaked due to hacking, etc., we are currently using devices that block external intrusions to prevent external attacks and hacking, and an intrusion detection system is installed on each server to monitor intrusions 24 hours a day. I’m doing it. In preparation for damage to other members’ personal information, we back up our systems and data to prepare for any emergency.
NK Times emphasizes compliance with this policy by limiting the number of employees handling personal information to a minimum and providing regular training to employees in charge. Through an audit by the Audit Committee, we confirm the implementation of this policy and compliance by employees in charge to resolve any issues. If found, corrective action is taken immediately.

7. Viewing, correcting and deleting your personal information

You can view or correct your registered personal information at any time and request deletion of your ID.
If you have any complaints or opinions regarding personal information, please send your comments to the personal information manager by email (help@NKTimes.co.kr). We will take action immediately upon receipt and notify you of the processing results.

8. Protection of children’s personal information

Children under the age of 14 must not send information about themselves to others, and must obtain permission from their parents before doing so.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password. NK Times will never ask you for your password via email or any other means, so please do not disclose your password under any circumstances. When logged on, please pay special attention to prevent your personal information from being leaked to others around you.
