1 [Purpose)

These terms and conditions govern the use of Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) provided by NK Times Cyber Mall (hereinafter referred to as “NK Times”) operated by NK Times Company (e-commerce business operator). The purpose is to stipulate rights, obligations and responsibilities.

2 (Definition)

“NK Times” refers to a virtual place of business set up by NK Times Company to provide goods or services (hereinafter referred to as “goods, etc.”) to users using computers and other information and communication facilities to trade goods, etc. It is also used to refer to a business operator who operates a cyber mall.
“User” refers to members and non-members who access “NK Times” and receive services provided by “NK Times” in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
‘Member’ refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to “NK Times”, who continuously receives information from “NK Times” and who can continuously use the services provided by “NK Times”. says:
‘Non-member’ refers to a person who uses the services provided by “NK Times” without registering as a member.

3 (Specification, explanation and revision of terms and conditions, etc.)

“NK Times” includes the contents of these terms and conditions, company name and representative name, address of business location (including the address of the place where consumer complaints can be handled), telephone number, facsimile number, e-mail address, business registration number, and communication information. The sales business report number, personal information manager, etc. are posted on the initial service screen (front) of 00 Cyber Mall so that users can easily see them. However, the contents of the terms and conditions can be viewed by users through the connection screen.
“Before the user agrees to the terms and conditions, the mall provides a separate connection screen or pop-up screen so that the user can understand important contents such as cancellation of subscription, delivery responsibility, refund conditions, etc. among the contents stipulated in the terms and conditions to confirm the user’s confirmation. You must seek it.
“NK Times” does not violate any relevant laws, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, etc., and the Consumer Protection Act. These terms and conditions may be revised to the extent not permitted.
When “NK Times” revises the terms and conditions, the date of application and the reason for revision will be specified and announced on the initial screen of the mall along with the current terms and conditions from 7 days prior to the date of application until the day before the date of application.
However, if changes are made to the terms and conditions that are disadvantageous to users, notice will be provided with a grace period of at least 30 days. In this case, “Mall” clearly compares the contents before and after revision and displays them so that users can easily understand them.
If “NK Times” revises the terms and conditions, the revised terms and conditions will only apply to contracts concluded after the date of application, and the terms and conditions before revision will remain applicable to contracts already concluded before that date. However, if a user who has already entered into a contract wishes to be subject to the provisions of the revised Terms and Conditions by sending a message to the ‘Mall’ within the notice period of the revised Terms and Conditions under Paragraph 3 and receiving the consent of the ‘Mall’, the revised Terms and Conditions provisions will be applied. Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, etc., the Consumer Protection Guidelines in Electronic Commerce, etc. established by the Fair Trade Commission, and related laws and regulations or commercial practices. .

4 (Provision and change of services)

“NK Times” performs the following tasks.
Providing information about goods or services and entering into a purchase contract
Delivery of goods or services for which a purchase contract has been concluded
Other tasks determined by “NK Times”
“NK Times” may change the details of goods or services to be provided under future contracts in the event that goods or services are sold out or technical specifications are changed. In this case, the contents of the changed goods or services and the date of provision will be specified and the contents of the current goods or services will be immediately announced where they are posted.
If “NK Times” changes the contents of the service contracted with the user due to reasons such as out of stock of goods or changes in technical specifications, the reason will be immediately notified to the user at an address that can be notified.
In the case of the preceding paragraph, “NK Times” will compensate the user for any damages suffered thereby. However, this does not apply if “NK Times” proves that there was no intention or negligence.

5 (Suspension of Service)

“NK Times” may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement or breakdown of information and communication equipment such as computers, or interruption of communication.
“NK Times” compensates for damages suffered by users or third parties due to temporary suspension of service provision for the reasons set forth in Paragraph 1. However, this does not apply if “NK Times” proves that there was no intention or negligence.
If the service cannot be provided due to reasons such as conversion of business type, abandonment of business, integration between companies, etc., “NK Times” will notify the user in the manner stipulated in Article 8 and follow the conditions originally presented by “NK Times”. Compensate consumers. However, in cases where “NK Times” does not notify the compensation standards, etc., users’ mileage or e-Money, etc. will be paid to users in kind or in cash equivalent to the currency value used at “NK Times.”

6 (Membership Registration)

Users apply for membership by filling out their membership information according to the registration form set by “NK Times” and then expressing their intention to agree to these terms and conditions.
“NK Times” registers users who have applied to become members as described in Paragraph 1 as members unless they fall under any of the following items.
If the applicant has previously lost membership eligibility pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph 3 of these Terms and Conditions, however, 3 years have passed since the loss of membership eligibility pursuant to Article 7 Paragraph 3 and “NK Times” has approved membership re-registration. An exception is made in cases where it is obtained.
If the registration details contain false information, omissions, or typos.
If it is judged that registering as a member would significantly impede the technology of “NK Times”
The membership contract is established when the approval of “NK Times” reaches the member.
If there is a change in the registration information pursuant to Article 15, Paragraph 1, the member must immediately notify “NK Times” of the change via e-mail or other means.

7 (Withdrawal of membership, loss of qualification, etc.)

Members may request withdrawal from “NK Times” at any time, and “NK Times” will immediately process membership withdrawal.
If a member falls under any of the following reasons, “NK Times” may restrict or suspend membership.
If false information is registered when applying for membership
If the member does not pay the price of goods purchased using “NK Times” or other debts borne by the member in relation to the use of “NK Times” on the due date.
If you threaten the order of e-commerce, such as interfering with others’ use of “NK Times” or stealing information.
When using “NK Times” to commit an act prohibited by the law or these Terms and Conditions or contrary to public order and morals.
After “NK Times” restricts or suspends membership, if the same act is repeated more than twice or the reason is not corrected within 30 days, “NK Times” may revoke membership.
If “NK Times” revokes membership, membership registration will be canceled. In this case, the member will be notified of this and given an opportunity to explain within a period of at least 30 days before cancellation of membership registration.

8 (Notification to members)


When “NK Times” notifies members, it can do so via the e-mail address designated by the member in advance agreement with “NK Times.”
In case of notice to an unspecified number of members, “NK Times” may substitute individual notice by posting it on the “NK Times” bulletin board for more than one week. However, individual notification will be provided for matters that have a significant impact on the member’s transactions.

9 (Purchase Application)

“NK Times” users apply for purchases on “NK Times” using the following or similar methods, and “NK Times” must provide the following information in an easy-to-understand manner when users apply for purchases. However, if you are a member, you may exclude the application of items 2 to 4.

Enter your name, address, phone number, e-mail address (or mobile phone number), etc.
Confirm the contents of the terms and conditions, services for which the right to cancel the contract is restricted, and the burden of costs such as delivery fees and installation fees.

10 (Establishment of contract)

“NK Times” may not accept a purchase request as stated in Article 9 if any of the following applies. However, when concluding a contract with a minor, it must be notified that the minor or the legal representative may cancel the contract if the consent of the legal representative is not obtained.
If there are false information, omissions, or errors in the application details.
When a minor purchases goods or services prohibited by the Youth Protection Act, such as cigarettes or alcohol
In cases where it is judged that approving another purchase request would significantly impede the technology of “NK Times”
The contract is deemed to have been established when the approval of “NK Times” reaches the user in the form of a receipt confirmation notice under Article 12, Paragraph 1.
“NK Times’s” expression of approval must include confirmation of the user’s purchase request, availability for sale, and information on correction or cancellation of the purchase request.

11 (Payment Method)

Payment for goods or services purchased from “NK Times” can be made using any of the following methods. However, “NK Times” cannot collect any nominal fees in addition to the price of goods, etc. in relation to the user’s payment method.

Various account transfers such as phone banking, internet banking, and email banking
Payment by various cards such as prepaid cards, debit cards, credit cards, etc.
Online bank transfer
Payment by electronic money
Payment upon receipt
Payment based on points paid by “NK Times” such as mileage
Payment made through a contract with “NK Times” or with a gift certificate recognized by “NK Times”
Payment by other electronic payment methods, etc.

12 (Receipt confirmation notice. Change and cancellation of purchase application)

“NK Times” notifies the user of receipt when there is a purchase request from the user.
If there is a discrepancy in the expression of intent, the user who has received the receipt confirmation notice may request a change or cancellation of the purchase request immediately after receiving the receipt confirmation notice, and if there is a request from the user before delivery, “NK Times” will respond without delay. It must be processed accordingly. However, if the payment has already been made, the provisions regarding cancellation of subscription, etc. in Article 15 shall apply.

13 (Supply of goods, etc.)

Unless there is a separate agreement with the user regarding the timing of supply of goods, etc., “NK Times” takes customization, packaging, and other necessary measures to ensure that goods are delivered within 7 days from the date of subscription by the user. . However, if “NK Times” has already received all or part of the payment for goods, etc., action will be taken within 2 business days from the date of receiving all or part of the payment. At this time, “NK Times” takes appropriate measures so that users can check the supply procedure and progress of goods, etc.
“NK Times” specifies the delivery method, who bears the delivery cost by means, and delivery period by means for the goods purchased by the user. If “NK Times” exceeds the agreed delivery period, it must compensate the user for any resulting damages. However, this does not apply if “NK Times” proves that there was no intention or negligence.

14 (Refund)

When “NK Times” is unable to deliver or provide goods that a user has requested to purchase due to reasons such as out of stock, “NK Times” will notify the user of the reason without delay and, if payment for the goods, etc. has been received in advance, from the date of receiving the payment. We will issue a refund within 2 business days or take necessary action to obtain a refund.

15 (Withdrawal of subscription, etc.)

Users who have entered into a contract with “NK Times” for the purchase of goods, etc. may withdraw their subscription within 7 days from the date of receiving the confirmation of receipt.
When a user receives goods, etc., they cannot be returned or exchanged in any of the following cases.
If the goods, etc. are lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the user (however, if the packaging, etc. is damaged in order to check the contents of the goods, etc., subscription can be canceled)
When the value of goods, etc. has decreased significantly due to use or partial consumption by the user.
When the value of goods, etc. has decreased significantly over time to the extent that resale is difficult.
If reproduction is possible with goods with the same performance, the packaging of the original goods, etc. is damaged.
In the case of subparagraphs 2 to 4 of Paragraph 2, if “NK Times” has not taken measures such as specifying in advance the fact that cancellation of subscription is restricted in a place where consumers can easily see or providing trial products, the user’s subscription may be withdrawn. etc. are not limited.
Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2, if the contents of the goods, etc. are different from the contents of the display or advertisement or are implemented differently from the contents of the contract, the user may notify the user within 3 months from the date of supply of the goods, etc., or from the date of becoming aware of the fact. You can cancel your subscription within 30 days from the date you became aware of it.

16 (Effect of cancellation of subscription, etc.)


If “NK Times” receives goods, etc. from a user, it will refund the amount already paid for the goods, etc. within 3 business days. In this case, when “NK Times” delays the refund of goods, etc. to the user, the delay interest calculated by multiplying the delay period by the delay interest rate determined and announced by the Fair Trade Commission is paid.
In refunding the above amount, if the user has paid for the goods, etc. using a payment method such as a credit card or electronic money, “NK Times” will immediately order the business operator who provided the payment method to suspend the billing for the goods, etc. Or ask us to cancel.
In the case of cancellation of subscription, etc., the user is responsible for the costs required to return the goods supplied. “NK Times” does not request a penalty or compensation from users for reasons such as cancellation of subscription. However, if the contents of the goods, etc. are different from the contents of the display or advertisement, or if the contract is implemented differently and the subscription is canceled, “NK Times” will bear the costs necessary to return the goods, etc.
If the user pays shipping costs when receiving goods, etc., “NK Times” clearly indicates who will bear the costs when canceling the subscription so that the user can easily understand.

17 (Personal Information Protection)

When collecting user information, “NK Times” collects the minimum amount of information necessary to fulfill the purchase contract. The following items are required and the other items are optional.

When “NK Times” collects personally identifiable information of a user, it must obtain the consent of the user.
The provided personal information cannot be used for purposes other than purposes or provided to a third party without the consent of the user, and “NK Times” assumes all responsibility for this. However, with the exception of the following cases.
When providing the minimum user information (name, address, phone number) required for delivery to the delivery company for delivery purposes.
When it is provided in a form that does not identify a specific individual as necessary for statistical compilation, academic research, or market research
When necessary for payment settlement following transactions of goods, etc.
When it is necessary to verify your identity to prevent theft
When there are unavoidable reasons required by law or the law
In cases where “NK Times” must obtain user consent pursuant to paragraphs 2 and 3, the identity of the person in charge of personal information management (affiliation, name and phone number, other contact information), purpose of collection and use of information, third party Matters stipulated in Article 22 (2) of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, etc., such as matters related to the provision of information (recipient of information, purpose of provision, and contents of information to be provided), must be specified or notified in advance, and users may give this consent at any time. Users may request to view and correct errors in their personal information held by “NK Times” at any time, and “NK Times” has the obligation to take necessary measures without delay. If a user requests correction of an error, “NK Times” will not use the personal information until the error is corrected.
In order to protect personal information, “Mall” limits the number of administrators and minimizes the number, and assumes all responsibility for any damages suffered by users due to loss, theft, leakage, or alteration of users’ personal information, including credit card and bank account information.
“NK Times” or a third party that has received personal information from it will destroy the personal information without delay when the purpose of collection or provision of the personal information has been achieved.

18 (Obligations of “Mall”)

“NK Times” shall not engage in any acts prohibited by the law or these Terms and Conditions or against public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide goods and services on a continuous and stable basis in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
“NK Times” must have a security system to protect users’ personal information (including credit information) so that users can use Internet services safely.
“NK Times” is responsible for compensating users if they incur damage by engaging in unfair labeling or advertising practices under Article 3 of the Act on Fairness of Labeling and Advertising regarding products or services.
“NK Times” does not send commercial advertising emails that users do not want.

19 (Obligations regarding member ID and password)

Except in the case of Article 17, members are responsible for managing their ID and password.
Members must not allow third parties to use their ID and password.
If a member becomes aware that their ID and password have been stolen or are being used by a third party, they must immediately notify “NK Times” and follow any instructions provided by “NK Times.”

20 (User Obligations)

The user should not conduct the following.

Registration of false information when applying or changing
Stealing someone else’s information
Changes to information posted on “NK Times”
Transmitting or posting information (computer programs, etc.) other than that specified by “NK Times”
Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of “NK Times” and other third parties
Actions that damage the reputation of “NK Times” or other third parties or interfere with their work
Disclosing or posting on the mall obscene or violent messages, videos, voices, or other information that is against public order and morals.

21 (Relationship between connected “NK Times” and connected “NK Times”)

If the upper “NK Times” and the lower “NK Times” are connected by a hyperlink (e.g., the subject of a hyperlink includes text, pictures and moving images, etc.), the former is called the linked “NK Times” (website). The latter is called the connected “NK Times” (website).
The fact that the connected “NK Times” does not take responsibility for transactions with users for goods independently provided by the connected “NK Times” is clearly stated on the initial screen of the connected “NK Times” or in a pop-up screen at the time of connection. In this case, we are not responsible for guaranteeing the transaction.

22 (Attribution of copyright and restrictions on use)

Copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by “Mall” belong to “Mall”.
Users may not use information obtained by using “NK Times” for which intellectual property rights belong to “NK Times” for commercial purposes by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting or other methods without the prior consent of “NK Times”. You must not allow third parties to use it.
When “NK Times” uses copyright belonging to a user in accordance with the agreement, it must notify the user.

23 (Dispute Resolution)

“NK Times” reflects legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users.
In order to compensate for the damage, a damage compensation processing organization is established and operated.
“NK Times” gives priority to complaints and opinions submitted by users. However, if prompt processing is difficult, the user will be notified immediately of the reason and processing schedule.
In the event that a user applies for damage relief in connection with an e-commerce dispute that arises between “NK Times” and a user, it may be subject to mediation by a dispute mediation agency requested by the Fair Trade Commission or the city/provincial governor.

24 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

Litigation regarding e-commerce disputes that arise between “NK Times” and users will be determined by the user’s address at the time of filing the lawsuit. If there is no address, the lawsuit will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court with jurisdiction over the user’s place of residence. However, if the address or residence of the user is not clear at the time of filing, or if the user resides abroad, the lawsuit will be filed in the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
Korean law applies to e-commerce lawsuits filed between “NK Times” and users.
